  • too much sugar

    need an opinon here- do you think eating a banana, yogurt, and cottage cheese is too much sugar for an inbetween meal in the morning?

    I realize that the carbs (sugar) are majorily lactose and fructose (generally considered the good ones)


    just wanted to see what people thought

    maybe balance it with a fat source like a few almonds? Will help with satiety and energy

      Since it is early in the day I don't see an issue with that as your body will use the energy (unless you like eat them and then sit on your for a few hours.)
      Back to the basics!
