  • Green Bulge Post Workout

    I know this sounds nuts but i gave green bulge a try after my workout as i had left my shake at home and needed something to keep me from eating my own muscle. 20 min later i was FLOODED. I felt like i was in the middle of my workout and not after my workout. Anybody ever try this?

      I've never tried creatine post but now that GMag is out I'm gonna give it a try.

          I always take bulk CEE post and whatever creatine pre. its a good combo.

          so far ive done
          - GB pre/bulk post
          - millenium sports kre-alk pre/bulk post
          - bulk pre/bulk post

          I wanna try these in the future

          xceed - bulk cee post+ white blood pm
          size on - bulk cee post+ white blood pm

            ok heres what i don't get. Somebody edumicate me!

            CEE is a esterfied creating causing it to breakdown slower.....

            wouldn't we want a faster acting creatine post workout? How is the Mag cre in comparision?

            its kinda like using micellear cassien post workout.

              Not sure if this will help, but pre-workout creatine monohydrate will peak in blood plasma around 30 minutes later, so there is a delay no matter what...
