  • Bananas and Leg Cramps

Is it really true that bananas, because of the potassium help with leg cramps?

Two nights in a row my fiance has woken up but severe cramping in his calves. Would a banana before bed help this, or is he lacking something else?

He just started taking PW too, would that eventually help?

Perhaps this isn't a question for the diet and fatloss section...

Electrolytes in general will help.. potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium would be the main ones.
