  • Recommendations on how to 'take' the "Monster Stack"

    sorry for another post on this kind of topic but...

    ive just got my monster stack (purple wraath, glycerglow, greenbuldge, whiteblood)

    ive noticed a lot of people take the supps in different ways...

    im lookin for recommendations in ways which worked for you guys, meaning when to take each supp... if you guys could put it some sort of time log in reference to when u weightrain

    my understanding of it is...

    1-2 scoops PW pre w/o (30 mins pre?)
    1-4 scoops GG pre/during/post w/ot
    5 caps GB 45-60 mins pre w/o
    3 caps 30-45 mins pre w/o (OR before bedtime)

    i noticed a lot of people take scoops and chase it down with water or their workout drink...

    so im planing on taking this stack as follows

    GB - 5 caps 60 min pre w/o
    PW - 1 scoop 30 mins pre w/o
    PW - 1 scoop 15 mins pre w/o
    GG - 2 scoop 15 mins pre w/o
    WPI - immediatley pre w/o
    GG - 2 scoop mixed with water/sports electrolye drink during w/o
    WB - 3 caps pre bed

    does that sound ok? or should i change it up, suggestions invited...

      Those all look good. My current schedule is as follows:

      Protein wBuckwheat groats 90 mins prior
      GB/GG 60 mins pre
      BU/WB 30 mins pre
      PW 10 mins pre
      PW during
      WB pre bed

      This schedule has been working really good for me. Splitting the GG did not work as well for me but is others. Experiment around these schedules and see what works.

        GG - 2 scoop 15 mins pre
        GG + PW - 2 scoops + 1 scoops mixed with water
        WB - 3 caps right before bed

          so you take 3 wb pre w/o and 3 before bed?????

            Yes, it is a little experament I am doing, unfortunetly I have nto been to the gym this week.
