i get hungury like an hour before bed.....im cutting down to 210 from 230.....but what can i do to take the hunger away

Cottage cheese and abit of fruit (berries or pineapple) before bed for me. I find I need some carbs before I go to bed or I don't sleep as well.kane@controlledlabs.com
