In this article Liddell uses a 125lbs ball ..... ive made my own with basketblls they weigh 30lbs ..... i wanted to know maybe where u can get ones this big?

I remember back in high school (weight-lifting class) coach would make us play catch with a 20 pound ball, it was a pretty good workout. I think im gonna go out and buy one now.
