Well hey.. yea guys, it's that same topic that has over 1000x other post just like it.. Anyways, like the topic says, im looking for a good 3 day workout routine. I can only go to the gym 3x a week max, just cause i don't even have my dam license yet (almost 17 :O) and not usually don't have a car to go with.. anyways, im currently cutting, so I've decided to go low reps, with high weights, just to try and keep all the muscle/strength that i can. Anything is fine, as long as the chest and legs day are separate. Thanx again guy's, any/everything posted will be appreciated.
