During my last set of dumbell incline presses today as I brought the weights back down I felt a slight twing in my left shoulder nothing major just enough to notice. I do not want to end up with a bad shoulder. Does anyone have any links or experence with some rotator cuff specific Rehab type exercises that I could use to strengthen them to avoid an injury.

I do these at least twice a week as a warmup and/or cooldown on my upper days ... http://www.aafp.org/afp/980215ap/980215a.html ... I do a variant where I'm standing and using a cable pulley or dumbbells instead of laying on a bench ... the movement is the same ... hope everything is OKjdouchebag for president
