Stack question - help!

Hey, sorry if you all have seen this question before but, i've been taking GB/WB for a couple months and i'm adding GG and PW. I just wanted to know when to take all of this. I usually take the GB/WB as directed. Should i do the same with the GG/PW and just take my whey post workout? Can i sip GG/PW before-during-after? Thanks and Controlled Labs made this hardgainer a believer!!
