Well I finally got all my supps after having to wait for what seemed like forever! Yesterday I tried out the PW and GG together. Wow! What a great workout! The Joint Fuel is starting to work too. I havent taken the gluta-force or GB yet, but once my routine restabalizes (pulling into port really screws things up!!) Ill take it much more religiously. Just to bring everyone up to date on me:

March 2nd I weighed myself on an empty stomach and was at a hefty 196. I deployed the following day. I weighed myself about 1 week ago and was 179. Ive lost 17lbs of fat, gained some muscle and I have not done abs or cardio. Just eating as good as possible since Im on a ship and drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water a day. Now that the supplements came in, I plan to add in abs and cardio to try to reach my goal of 165 by August 1st. I feel I have much more incentive now since Ive posted up, there are people out there looking to see what my gains are on the CL products and Im so damn tired of going back home and everyone saying "You've gained some weight!" Id much rather hear "Damn Nino!! You've gotten so sexy!!! hahaha..well maybe not quite sexy, but a much better physique.
This first week might be a bit scattered with workout, but Ill do my best to update it as much as possible.

I had to skip the skull crushers cause my wrist were starting to hurt fromt he reverse pulldowns.
