    IM SORRY FOR SUCH A NEWB QUESTION.....PLEASE GIVE ME AN EXAMPLE OF HYPERTROPHY/ VOL AND ANABOLIC BURST TRAINING....SINCE IM TAKING SOME CL PRODUCTS I WANT TO MAKE SURE IM TRAINING RIGHT. RIGHT NOW I LIFT (AT HOME ) 4 PR WEEK FREE WT, BASIC COMPOUND EXERCISES USUALLY WITH 4 SETS W/ 10, 8, 6 4 REPS.. CURRENT SUPS ARE GM, WHEY , MULTI... WILL ADD SOME PW, AND GG HOPEFULLY SOON. MY STATS ARE 6FT 1 195 42 YRS OLD... THANX FOR YOUR TIME..

      Hypertrophy will happen from increased caloric intake combined with resistance/weight training. For some people, the training can be high volume/lower weight or others high weight/low reps. Each body responds differently, so experiment. Personally, I've gone with lifting as heavy as I can for 6-10 reps on most exercises, with my bench and lat rows using both low weight/high reps through high weight/low reps then going to failure after. I like the results so far, but will change my routine come march to something else so the body keeps responding. Good luck. Others I'm sure will offer any help you need.
