Question. In regards to these "eliminating excess water", how likely do you think it is that once you stop taking it, the water returns?

Wow, that really blows. Is there a better way to eliminate water retained and keep a majority of it off?

I reckon your taking diuretcs combined with tapering down water intake...

Afterwards you drink alot of water and you feel bloated The water will return...

Nah, just doing research before making a decision. I drink ATON of water now. I carry a 32oz bottle with me all day, and I drink about 8-10 of them roughly daily. Yeah I piss alot, but I'm clean. Was just looking to see if there was something to help reduce the water, but I think I have a higher sodium intake than I need so I'll maybe start there.

Careful. To much H2O can drop sodium levels and if you combine that with diuretics watch out for a drop in you potassium.
Do or do not. There is no try!

be careful manipulating your water retention.. You can knock yourself out of balance with electrolytes and that can prove to be potentially dangerous.
