    can you take other caffine with this please help

    by itself it already contains 200mg plus the Yohimbe (additional stimulant)

    anything more would be too much IMO.

    are you not getting a "kick" while taking it or a you just curious?

    i found that if you add some R-Ala it really dose improve the effects of stimulants but again thats just a personal preference.

      ^^ Agreed. I had some success with Lipo 6 even using it as just a pick me up. What else are you looking for out of it?

        I gues that depends if YOU can tolerate high doses of caffeine.

        I have stacked 3 caps of MuscleTech Hydroxycut Hardcore with a additional caffeine tablet (250mg) and did just fine Never tried Lipo-6 however...

            280mg from the Hydroxycut Hardcore plus an additional 250mg and you felt fine.

                  No bullshit, i reckon i can tolerate quite a bit of caffeine. I know 530mg is alot of caffeine. Ofcourse i could feel it, and i had quite a bit of energy. After the workout however i was back to normal. I wouldn't recommend it before bed

                  I can take 2 caffeine tablets (500mg) too (not with the Hydroxycut Hardcore ofcourse), i am definatly never gonna try 3 tabs however...

                    200 gets me going, though 100 is more my style, but over 500, 1/2 gram? whew!

                      Oh yea 200mg is good + PW. I love that combo, cardio is SO easy with it. 25 min on the EFX at 7.0 about 140-150bpm. Do about 2-3 miles on that and I get down still with plenty left in the tank for lifting. I use to drink a ton of Pepsi but damn man, 500+mg Caffeine, not worth it. Tell jd so you can get a lecture on it. It's fun.

                        No i dont drink any coffee...

                        Ofcourse i dont take over 500mg of caffeine everyday, but i've used it in such high doses during the last few weeks of my contest prep on days i felt reaally crappy. It makes doing long cardio sessions alot easier.

                          Yeah, I go 200mg before heading to the gym and it's smooth sailing after. The JD thing is just a round about joke more or less. He tried to lecture me on why it would be bad to take 400mg caffeine instead of 200mg or something along those lines. You can search for it, alot of back and forth with some actual info in there. It was good times.
