  • Purple wrath and xtend overkill?

    ok so ive been taking 2 servings pw preworkout

    and 3servings xtend during or post workout the last 2 days

    i can barely drink the xtend i am just not putting enuff water in it

    anyways ive had the shits all day today and its only the second workout day ive been taking both products withing 2hours of each other

    should i be taking both? overkill? any feedback would be great

    1) More solid foods around your workout time

    2) Depends on YOUR specific goals. For most, that would be overkill..... for the elite athlete, it wouldn't.

        ive been using Xtend + PW but only 1 seve xtend with 2 scoops of PW and i got a bit iffy in the stomache the first few times. i now put it in a 2 litle bottle and sip until half way then fill again (so basically 3 L during workout)

          The 1+2 would seem a little strong to me. Personally I don't go more than 1.5 scoops PW, with 1 being the most used amount for me. I mix mine with Gmag, BU and a Caff pill about 30 minutes pre, sip it to the gym and through cardio. Then I'll add more water when it's about 1/3 left in the jug.

            if you are on a hard cut, it's not overkill.. if you are on a bulk or maintaining, it's overkill.
