ok so ive been taking 2 servings pw preworkout
and 3servings xtend during or post workout the last 2 days
i can barely drink the xtend i am just not putting enuff water in it
anyways ive had the shits all day today and its only the second workout day ive been taking both products withing 2hours of each other
should i be taking both? overkill? any feedback would be great
