    I've been reading up on this.

    The basis stems on old school lifts, using bodyweight, sandbags, focusing on heavy big exercises such as deads, clean and jerks, etc. Using heavy dumbells and barbells as opposed to machines, training heavy, hard work = results, etc etc.

    I have the E-Book in PDF format of his Strength Training Notebook and bodyweight routines.
