  • JOakman's Cut Log BU/GB/RA2

    Hey whats going on guys I figured I would start a log here with the newest stack I just ordered. I will list each day of my workout and list the supplements I used that day also. I will also be using NytroWhey Extreme and NytroPlex-GF for my protein intake. I am at 5'10'' and 212 lbs currently with roughly 15% body fat. I want to get down to 180 with under 10% so this log will show my progression of how everything goes. I will also post before and after photos so stay tuned for those.

      Definitely I ordered all of it today, so the log should start on about Sunday is my guess.

          Well here goes nothing I have started the stack today and I am getting ready to hit the gym. Working some chest/tri's and doing some intense cardio and ab-work. When I get back from the gym I will post the results of everything that went on.

            Well I just got back from the gym and I am completely beat, I worked myself really hard. I was weighing in around 212 on Friday and right now I am at 208, I know laying off the creatine mono will help with the water weight loss, but even still it is a motivator. Anyway heres what I did in the gym today in no particular order.

            Incline Bench--6 sets - 12-12-10-8-3-20 (The 5th set my elbow made a weird noise so I didn't want to push it, so I took the weight off and just did the bar 20 times)
            Decline DBell Press--3 sets - 12-12-10
            Flat Barbell Bench Press--4 sets - 15-12-11-20
            Pec Dec-- 3 sets - 12-12-12

            Triceps Pushdowns--3 sets - 15-12-12
            Close Grip Bench Press--3 sets - 15-12-10
            One arm cable extensions--3 sets - 15-15-12
            Underhand Tricep Cable Pulldowns--3 Sets - 15-12-12

            Ab machine for upper abs--3 sets - 25-25-25
            Ab machine for lower abs--2 sets - 12-12 (This was tough)
            Hanging leg raises--3 sets - 12-12-12

            Ran on the treadmill on a very high pace for 12 minutes and I was fried. I feel the workout went really well although I didn't bring my X-Tend with me, which I left at home, but oh well. This is day 1 of the cutting phase and I am at 208 and I plan to get down to around 180, pics will be posted soon so stay tuned, thanks.

                Today is day 2 of my cut and I feel dead sick today, I came down with a bad cold last night. So, today I am taking a day off and will hit it hard tomorrow to make up for today, hopefully this cold goes away.

                  Well today was the 3rd day and I am dying from this cold, I am going to the hospital tomorrow, I think I might have strep. Anyway I still have been eating good and my weight is at about 204-205. I should be hitting the gym tomorrow.
