XF and CL stacking question (XF/GM/GB/WB/BU-SF)

  • XF and CL stacking question (XF/GM/GB/WB/BU-SF)

    It's getting close to the end of the year and I'm preparing for my XF cycle to kick off 2007... I'll be incorporating my plethora of CL products ... Here's what I have:

    1/2 tub of GMag
    1 and 1/2 bottles of GB
    1 bottle of BU-SF
    3 bottles of WB
    2 bottles of XF
    3 tubs of Xtend
    4 CL t-shirts (2 black / 2 white)

    Here's my proposed supplement dosing with question ...

    4:00am (wake up)
    1 XF
    3 GB

    4:30/45am (pre)
    shake (whey/dex)

    5:00am (workout)
    Xtend - start of daily mega-dosing
    CL t-shirt (anabolic )

    6:15am (post)
    1/2 scoop GMag
    shake (whey/oats)

    7:30am
    Meal 1
    1 XF

    10:00am
    Meal 2

    12:00pm
    Meal 3
    1 XF

    3:00pm
    Meal 4

    6:00pm
    Meal 5
    1 XF

    8:00/9:00pm
    Pre-bed shake
    2 BU-SF (taken during the last 30 days of the cycle)
    3 WB this is my questionable supplement ... is there still an issue with WB/XF even if I take it at night?

    I would use the WB to jump-start the cycle (first 2 weeks)... and then right after you finish the XF. The BU-SF is a nice touch though Will you be doing a progress log at all ?

      sounds good ... so first two weeks will include WB and then off until end of 50-day cycle ... yeah, I figured why buy another test booster if I already have BU laying around ....

      I was planning on keeping a log here as well .... just need to get the diet worked out now

          I'm going to be stacking Hyper-H (XF ripoff) with NOS Precursor, along with my Controlled Labs staples. I'll be interested in hearing your feedback when you stack them that way.

          PS - I didn't know there was an issue regarding AA+NO products. ??

            1. You can have "too much of a good thing"...including pumps that limit your range of motion.

            2. This "too much of a good thing" concept also applies to AA + GG, because both enhance the natural anabolic response to overload / stretch (which involves prostaglandins). Both take a couple weeks to fully kick in, and soreness from the combo can catch you off guard.

                bumpin' this thread up for some feedback ... it's dead at work today, so I started laying out my plan for the XF/CL/SNS stack ... Hope everyone had a happy holiday ... I know I did

                so, would appreciate feedback from the CL reps if they see a problem with the timing that I have here ... I added Reduce XT to help control cortisol and hunger ... thanks in advance

                Constants will be Xtend, GMag (1/2 serving) immediately post workout, whey throughout the day, glutamine pre/post/before bed, and some casein that I'll be maulin' before bed. Assuming there are no problems with the above, I'm gonna start putting the log format together to get this thing started in the second week of January.
