ok i have been training for about 6 months after a long layover (after the hurricane lets say i had alot of time on my hands) and ive decided to start with the green bulge, white blood, and glycergrow stack. now as far as my diet goes im eating clean and keeping protien high and carbs reletively low. what other suppliments should i add to help round out what im taking i know everyone has opinions so i want to hear them
my diet is pretty much
meal 1
6egg whites 1 yolk
1 cup of oatmeal
1 scoop of why matrix
meal 2
nitrotech shake
meal 3
6oz tuna
1 cup of brown rice
(maybe a vegetable steamed)
meal 4
whey matrix shake
meal 5 (after workout shake)
Nitrotech
meal 6
6oz chicken
1 cup of brown rice
veggies (whatever i can find)
meal 7(right before bed)
nitrotech nighttime
