  • What else should i take?

    ok i have been training for about 6 months after a long layover (after the hurricane lets say i had alot of time on my hands) and ive decided to start with the green bulge, white blood, and glycergrow stack. now as far as my diet goes im eating clean and keeping protien high and carbs reletively low. what other suppliments should i add to help round out what im taking i know everyone has opinions so i want to hear them

    my diet is pretty much
    meal 1
    6egg whites 1 yolk
    1 cup of oatmeal
    1 scoop of why matrix

    meal 2
    nitrotech shake

    meal 3
    6oz tuna
    1 cup of brown rice
    (maybe a vegetable steamed)

    meal 4
    whey matrix shake

    meal 5 (after workout shake)
    Nitrotech

    meal 6
    6oz chicken
    1 cup of brown rice
    veggies (whatever i can find)

    meal 7(right before bed)
    nitrotech nighttime

    1) I would add some healthy fats... Fishoil / Sesamin

    2) More oats in my opinion

    3) Any idea what your daily calories / macros are ?

      For breaksfast why stop at only 6 egg whites? Why not make it more and get rid of the shake. Maybe replace one of the meal shakes with some real food if possible. Your meal plan almost mimicks mine except that meal 2 is my tuna and rice *****. Add some fruit in there also, you will be passing bricks with all of that protein and not enough fiber.

        Ugh... I stopped eatting eggs last week and replaced it with a 39g protein shake with 1/2 cup 1% milk (i'm cutting.)

        For some reason eggs just started making me want to hurl... plus I have to start watching my cholesterol.. bad cholesterol problems run in the family.

                    maybe between 2000-2300 calories a day

                    so i can add another meal thats chicken and brown rice so ill be around 270g of protien a day

                    i weigth 225lbs im pretty much a fatty. im going to post my training log with pics and my routine and i will be doing this diet and the CL stack once i get it all straighted out. my goal for the next 6 months is to become a more muscular 225lber.

                    also as far as training what recomended training style should i use? GVT? HIT? i dont really know what it all means

                      Since you are looking for more of a "recomp" and based on the supplements you are going with, I would consider HST and plenty of cardio. Other solid options are 5x5 and MAX-OT. Everything else equal, you may see faster recomp effects with 5x5 but better overall size in the long run with HST.
