    hey anyone

    hey anyone there i need a new stack i weigh 165 i want to weigh 185 so i need help growth enhancer pre work out intra post i need all the works so anyone give me some ideas on what to take

      Be honest, how is your diet and what are you eatin?
      What is your workouts consist of?

      I ask these questions bc they are the most important. When a person gets into a rut or wants to gain weight/muscle mass, many will look at supplementation before their workout protocol or diet.

              hey i just want to get to 185 i weigh 165 im off my supplements fr two more weeks but i want to get a new cycle ready i was taken kre aklin1500 creation 2 in the morning before workout i was taken protien shake ON protein then 30min be4fore workout JACK3D intra WAR after post-2 more kre aklin1500 then another shake thats it goals have that body everyone looks at and is like dayum you know get my drift thanks for all the help

                      Scratch that routine. Too much. Stick to 3-4 days. Focus on Military presses, Bench presses, hell all presses, deadlifts, squats, and rows. With your experience and weight, you dont need to do hardly any isolation excercises. If you really want supps, I would stick to 1-2 other than your base fish oil, multi vit, and protein powder. You dont need much at the point youre at to schock your body.

                        Monday - Chest
                        Turesday - Back
                        Wednesday - Bi's and Tri's
                        Thurday - Shoulders
                        Friday - Legs
                        Abs are everyday
