  • Dosage time of GG PW GMag

    Hey guys i have heard a lot of different ways to take these 3 supplements and want to know whats the best. I heard mixing PW+GMag in 8oz of water then take the GG by itself by taking a scoop into your mouth and chasing it with water...i heard if do this drink 32 oz during workout...I weigh about 175 pounds just want to know whats best and how many scoops of each to start out

    Can you describe your typical gym / cardio protocol and timing ?

    Also, are you cutting ? bulking ? playing sports ? (etc... )

      umm usually lift at around 5pm..i am at college so that is the time i am done with classes and i am bulking. I am 6'2 175-80 want to be around 190. Cardio if i can i do it once a week on the weekends but gunna make that 2-3 when order the stack.

        So 2-3 days a week of cardio... how about the gym ? How often are you going to lift ?
