Hey guys i have heard a lot of different ways to take these 3 supplements and want to know whats the best. I heard mixing PW+GMag in 8oz of water then take the GG by itself by taking a scoop into your mouth and chasing it with water...i heard if do this drink 32 oz during workout...I weigh about 175 pounds just want to know whats best and how many scoops of each to start out
