  • WF/GM/PW/REDPM Log! First ever CL stack!

    So tomorrow, monday, I start my first ever CL stack consisting of:

    WF/GM pre
    PW during (after cardio)
    REDPM prior to bed

    Other sups I am taking are:

    GNC Ultra Mega Gold (2 a day)
    B12 500's (2)
    1200mg of Fish Oil a day
    2000mg glucosamine a day
    GNC liver support (2 a day)

    Before this stack, i was on:

    Shotgun v3 (overpriced, but somewhat effective)
    Monster Amino
    The above said vitamins and what-not

    So, here is to tomorrow! Let's hope CL works for me

      It's awesome that you're using Reduction PM. It's underrated, IMO.

            Day 1:

            Today was chest day.

            Took 1 scp WF/GM with 20 oz right before i hit the weights.
            WOWWW! This stuff is great!
            Good energy, good focus, great chest pump! It still is pumped after over an hour! WOO!

            Sipped on 2 scp of PW in 20 oz during my workout and it really helped me not feel drained. Great product!

            Routine:

            Incline Bench 4x8 @ 105
            Flat Bench DB Press 4x8 @ 55
            DB Pullover 4x12 @ 80
            DB Flys 4x12 @ 25
            Weighted Ab Crunches 3x10-20 @ 2 45lb plates

              Day 2:

              Leg Day! My favorite, and where I shine

              Routine:

              Squats 250 @ 4x12 @ a 4-0-1 tempo, I am very picky about my form and tempo on my squats. Calf-raise it up, butt almost touching the ground, all while moving slowly, and then raising it up with a quick burst of power! WOOP!

              Leg Press 400 @ 4x8-12

              Leg Curls 120 @ 3x7-9

              Weighted Lunges @ 2 25 plates @ 4x10-13

              45 Degree Calf Press 600 @ 4x10, moving VERY slow and holding/squeezing a lot. It works well for me.



              Then I did 20 mins HIIT on the bike, that wore me out as I pushed the resistance higher than i usually do.

              And now for the sup rating:

              Took my usual, worked great! Seems like its getting better and its only day 2!

                It's the 3rd day!

                Today was an easy day as far as lifting is concerned.

                Core work, and my "hardcore" cardio day

                Took my usual dosage of CL awesomeness and hit the gym!
                Focused, energetic, and ready to hit it hard!

                Did a quick warmup, after that, i was itchin to go, literally lol

                20 min HIIT bike, high resistance
                5 min break
                20 min HIIT bike, low resistance
                5 min break
                Core workout! Pretty much whatever i feel like doing till i start feelin the point where i cant go any more, and man...my abs and lower back kill! I had a crazy session, and i know it was thanks to my new CL stack!

                Day 3 = success

                Tomorrow, Day 4 of Week 1 = Back day

                and now its time for my pre-bed snack

                  Back day!

                  Short and sweet, but a good solid workout. My stack is still kickin hardcore, love it!

                    Day 5, end of the first week!

                    All im gonna say is i am in love with CL

                    Today was Shoulders, Bis, and Tris, and HIIT cardio

                    Standing DB Press 4x12 @ 35
                    Standing DB Lat Raises 4x8-10 @ 30

                    Standing EZCurl 4x12 @ 50
                    Rev Curl 4x10 @ 40
                    Alt Cable Curl 4x12 3/4 stack

                    Skullcrusher (straightbar) 4x10-12 @ 50
                    Pulldown 4x12 3/4 stack
