OT for 50+ generation...

Just out of curiosity... have any of you recommended OT to 50+ individuals? I gave my mom and dad a bottle to try out since they both take multi's, glucosamine, and fiber. They have been raving about slightly more energy, decreased joint pain, and being more "regular" without the extra fiber. My mother works at a computer all day and thinks it has helped her wrists/fingers. Dad's knees feel better. They have since recommended to friends/coworkers. They too are seeing great benefits. Most of them are "active" 50's. Is this a new fad or placebo? lol Not that OT is a placebo, but the fact that they act like they are getting more out of it than me! Are they possibly seeing stronger results simply bc they would have more joint/digestive probs due to age?

sure, its fine at that age as long as they dont have medical issues. yes, naturally the joint compounds will be more noticeable for those who are older.

I thought I heard something about that, but the mind ain't what it used to be, ya know...

Seriously, I know a lot of 50+ gym regulars (can't really call them gym rats) who are in better shape than most 18 year olds. Keeping fit, good nutrition and supplementation really do make a difference. Definitely agree with OT being a good choice for the over-50 crowd, even for the non-bodybuilder types.
