Getting ready to start a WF.GM cycle, and I want to include either PiT or PW, what would be the best way to determine which to use?
I have tried both, and seemed to like the PiT a little better, but this was judging by samples. Is there a major benefit to PiT over PW, or vice versa?
I also picked up Blue Gene because of the wheycheap.com deal, and plan to stack this as well. Also, with GM would I want to take this pre or post workout? My sample suggested either...
