  • I'm thinking of switching to Green Bulge.

I have been steady with Green Mag, both Apple and Lemonade, for the last year. Go through a tub and cycle off for 2 weeks or so.

My tub is coming to an end here and I want to start fresh. I like the looks of GB, but a tub of GM can last me a good 2 1/2 months.

I just wanted to get you guy's thought on staying with GM or switching up with GB.

Let me know and thanks in advance!

I was on GM for 1 + years. I switched to GB lately and I feel great about it. I think it is something you should try for a few bottles.

Definitely worth trying. The new formula is incredible and in a league of it's own.

Are the B-Vitamins in GB, the only difference from GM?

I really enjoyed Green Magnitude, but after I got a chance to log Green Bulge, (Thanks again CL!) I made the switch to Bulge. I bought 5 bottles of GB and my clean bulk is going great with it. Plus, I like the convenience of the capsule form as opposed to the powder.

Your training program and nutrition is far more important than the form of creatine you supplement with...

its a matter of pills vs powder IMO

I still gotta try the GB. GM just treated me too well so change it

I agree with you. I am coming to an end of my supplement cycle and I'm just trying to do my research for another cycle a month or so from now.

I am trying to key in my diet right now, but it is going to be harder this time of year. That's no excuse for lack of will power.

My training is good right now, I've doing more power and plyo exercises.

So overall, i need to be more disciplined to really get the results I am looking for!

                    Thanks!

Don't diet, practice good nutrition. Diets are a short term fix, good nutrition habits develop a long term foundation for success.

and eliminate single joint/isolation exercise from your training -- anything targeted through them can be targeted better through multi-joint movements (ex: bicep curl compared to chinups, tricep pushdown compared to dips, etc.)

the differences between the two are far greater than powder versus capsules. have you checked into the revised green bulge formula?

I agree. Yes nutrition is very important and ccomes first but when I had that in check, the creatine form and quality made alota difference

Gonna start on GB, the powder is hard to carry around with me.
