gains and finish are the same product -- but with different profiles. finish was updated to become gains, and i believe finish is no longer being produced?
I would go gains postworkout.. i dont believe i ever used torrent, but gains is good... and if you can't afford it, just use ON protein + steel cut oats -
Go with Gains post WO. I just started my first full tub. It's awesome. Plus i'm going to be takin 15 nude pics while drinking it.... or somthing like that.
