REDuction and protein

Hi, i'm taking REDuction AM/PM and feeling well, i'm taking Animal Pak too, now i want to add whey protein, but i live in Mexico so my options are:

Nature's Best Perfect Zero Carb

Optimum 100% Whey Protein

and

GNC 100% Whey protein

My first choice was Nature's Best, because I didn't like the amount of cholesterol on GNC and Optimun, but my question is if i can take NB since it contains L-Taurine wich is an stimulant and may give me problems with REDuction.

Hope i was clear, english is not my first language.

I wouldn't worry about the cholesterol in the whey. Cholesterol ingestion can actually be beneficial in healthy individuals, as its necessary for production of many hormones (including testosterone). That's not to say that you want to consume a ton of cholesterol, but in moderation you're body will actually use it. Plus, the cholesterol levels in whey powders isn't remotely significant. And for the record, ON makes a solid whey.

That being said, to answer your other question - taurine isn't necessarily a stimulant. It's an amino acid. You'll be fine using REDuction with the Nature's Best whey.

I agree with the above poster. I would not worry too much about the cholesterol in whey and any of those three should be fine taken with REDuction.

And I would not classify L-Taurine as a stim.

any of those proteins are fine and no worries about the taurine. also, look into orange triad as your future multi (plus more)

I bought REDuction from bb.com, i didn't know about CL until i found logs of REDuction.

The problems buying from the US are shipping charges and the exchange rate, the mexican peso is not doing well.

I'll give it a try when i order more sups online.

do you have family in the US? shipping these items shouldnt cost much. check usps.com for rates
