So I thought I would try GG on monday b/c i am cycling off WF and stims in general for a bit...and as usual great strength/pump etc, however I am attempting a keto cut diet and was wondering if the glycerol in GG is going to keep my body out of Ketosis? I haven't come across anything saying yes or no. Thanks

hmm...i guess you could say i am more worried about how it breaks down..like does the glycerol break apart and break down to glucose? Glycergrow looks like a great addition to carbing up...but i can't quite pin it down for during the keto stages yet.
if it didn't affect liver sugar levels, or break down as a carb, i think it would work amazingly well stacked with something like PW during keto b/c ur body has a hard time keeping water in the muscles b/c of little to no carbs, but with something like glyerol you could prolong muscle depletion during a workout
