I have been lurking on here for awhile and finally decided to register.
I have read in many places that using an EC stack with White Flood can really screw things up. I have been on an EC stack 34 mg E with 200 mg C, three times a day for about 5 weeks now.
Today was my first day using White Flood before my workout and it went well. It seemed to wear off as the workout went on, but nonetheless I was satisfied.
Here is my real question:
Can I still use my EC stack on off days and/or days I am only doing HIIT or Cardio?
If I use WF in the morning before I lift, as it wears off, (say, 5 hours later) is it safe to use the EC stack later on the same day as my use of WF?
I have been on a cut and lost 32 pounds in the last 4 months and am almost there, and am now ready to put on the afterburners to get ripped. I have focused on fat loss and feel I "may" have lost a little muscle in the process, and although I am not looking to bulk, I put on muscle fairly easily and would like the addition of that because it should help in the last bit of fat necessary to get the 6 pack.

193 pounds (this is pretty lean for me as I have ALOT of mass in my legs)
