Hi my current stack is ON 100%whey for between meal, Opti-men muti vita, lipo 6X for fat burner, Green Bulge and Green MAGnitude for pre-workout, Blue Gene for pre-workout, Purple Wraath and Purple Intrain for intra workout, Universal Torrent for Post-workout, Reduction Pm for pre-bed and ON Casein for pre-bed.
Im wondering that is this stack safe for me to take? i drink about 1-2 gallon of water a day but my pee is yellow does that mean i'm dehydrate ?
