REDuction PM and ZMA?

I've been using ZMA to help with sleep, and was wondering whether REDuction PM could be taken during the same time. Thanks

i asked this about a month ago and didn't hear anything to the contrary, so I have been taking it for a month and haven't any side effects/problems.

also i take my PM about 30-45min prior to bed, and ZMA right at bed time.

well, it's tough to say b/c it really limits you what you can eat 1-2hr before bed time b/c you can't really do any kind of shake b/c of the calcium that would limit the effects of ZMA. I think I am going to take it out right now while i finish my cut and then put it back in when i start to up cals. I added it and BG for most of August and I haven't lost a pound of weight but I have lost about 1-1.5 inches on my waste...so i guess it could be helping to keep the muscle on?

I didn't take it last night w/ REDuction and I slept a lot better then usual, so I actually think i will wait till my REDuction is done and then bring it back in.
