  • WF & PW Dosing ?

    Am I suppose to take 2 scoops of each? I've been doing 2 WF pre-30min and 2 PW with 40Oz of H2O during the workout. I've read some doing 1 and 1?

    Most people start with one and go up from there if needed. If you're comfortable with 2 scoops go for it.

      Works for me. Only side effect I've noticed is I wanna run through a friggin wall.

          I quite like one scoop of each during / pre-training in one litre of water and a scoop of purple wraath to sip on throughout the day.

            what i do is i mix green mag and white flood together and drink that delicious drink 30 minutes pre-workout. Then i take 1 scoop of wraat and 1 scoop of intrain and drink it intra workout. that combination keeps me going through the entire workout, its amazing. then post workout i take 2 scoops of golden gains!!! amazing
