    I don't know if there is thread about this already, if there is, please post link if possible!

    I was wondering how long can you take caffeine before cycling off of it? I read somewhere that caffeine can elevate cortisol levels if taken for an extended period of time.

    Don't know about raising your cortisol levels, but it is recommended to cycle to maintain the supplements effects. CL will tell you to cycle off for 2 weeks between each tub of WF. It does depend on the individual though. Once you stop losing the effects at 2 scoops of WF, for instance - take a break. Also, try and drink 0 mg of caffeine during non-workout days.
