  • Forgot my REDuction PM dose last night...

    I made a boo boo...I totally forgot my PM dose last night! I didn't want to get off-kilter and have nothing going today, so I took it first thing (6:30am), figuring if it puts me to sleep whatever, I killed it in the gym yesterday and have a lazy day planned today! My question is, how long should I wait before I take the AM dose now?

    I guess you could help me plan out my whole supp day...I still have Green Mag and Blue Gene to work in there too.

    Thinking out loud, how does this look?

    6:30am - REDuction PM
    8:30am - Breakfast, EFA's, multi, joint supp, low-dose aspirin
    10:30am - REDuction AM
    12:30pm - Lunch, Green Mag
    2:30pm - Blue Gene

    Reduction PM will come right before bed, some time between 9 and 10 pm.

    eh you shoulda just skipped the PM dose this morning and started up a fresh AM dose when ever you woke up/30 min before breakfast.. but since you already did maybe do it at 11:30 to be only 1 hr before youre 2nd meal

            Interesting...any "official" response to that schedule? For those who tried it, how were energy levels compared to the standard dosing?

                It kinds seems like you would be canceling the uplift the red pill gives you, no?
