I have recently bought White Blood and the directions are to take 3 pills 30-40 mins before a workout.

Could this work similarly to BSN Nitrix product where they suggest taking the supplement 3 times a day, to promote more of an 'all day' pump, as oppose to just a pump when u workout?

dont waste your money, just take it preworkout. prebed is another great option
