When can I start taking Blue Ups again?

When I started my bulk stack with green bulge I was told that I could not take Blue Ups with any form of creatine. Well I finished my bulk stack a few days ago and I was wondering when I could resume taking Blue Ups as a pre workout stim.

I think you got some incorrect info there.

From the Blue Up FAQ:

Does Blue UP™ replace creatine products like Green BULGE ?
No, it should be used along with your creatine product like Green BULGE

In other words they can be taken simultaneously.

The only thing I think you should be concerned about it taking other products with stims in them while using Blue Up (like White Flood or REDuction AM). Waiting abour 5 hours between using products with stims should be good.

You can take them simultaneously, just have to take them at least 4 hours apart. Something about how the Tyrosine and Yohimbe mix. At least, this is what I have gathered from my readings...

just space out the blue up and green mag by at least 4-5 hours. next time you can go with one of these combos instead to avoid that wait time if you like:

green bulge + blue up (regular)
green magnitude + blue up (stim free)

Or you can just get the non-stim version of blue up and take it at the same time you take your GM.

Thanks for the info guys , the non stim version is something I'm not interested in though. I take it for the boost in energy not so much for a test booster. Plus their very cost effective when compared to other stims.
