If price and preference between powder and pill aren't an issue, which formula is stronger for lifting? Sorry if this question has been asked before but everything I've read has said take whichever you like more and this would be my first time trying it.

Each has its benefits. If you are just starting out, I'd give GM a try. I personally get an insane pump off it. I haven't used GB religiously but when I get the new formula, I plan to.

alright thanks I think i'm going to go with green mag because of the serving size for now (more than 2 months worth in a tub is awesome). I have a similar question with white flood vs white blood. Is it just that one has stimulants and one doesnt or is there differences in the products? If stims is the only difference then what do they do? (give me energy/get me focused?) I'm planning on buying a CL stack so I just want to make sure i'm getting the right stuff

i had a great experience with Green bulge original formula and i personally HATE powder...with GB you pop a few before the gym and your good...i also get a good pump from the lil bit of argnine in GB

correct. I heard through the grapevine bb.com may be clearancing the old formula on whey cheap this Saturday if all goes to plan... and after Saturday the site will have all updated formula going forward.
