Great Job! My progress with Blue Gene & Gm & WF (Adding blue up in 2 weeks) And im too busy to do a log. But i can report my progress. On 2 bottles of BG I dropped 4% bf...and went from 251 pounds to 262 pounds. MY goals 270 pounds. But this also goes with eating well and pretty clean. BG is by far my favorite supp. Tell that dude great job !

I'm seeing some great results.

I'm three weeks in, gained a good amount of muscle and strength. Upped my calorie intake when I started by 600-800 calories a day, and have gained about 6 lbs, and only 1% body fat.
