  • Stack timing question

    Ok . .so I've got my full stack of awesome CL products now . .just want to make sure that I'm taking these things at the right time.

    BG about 45 - 60 minutes prior to workout?

    WF, GM, GC about 30 minutes prior to workout? (Should I mix all of these together or just take a scoop of GC and chase it with the WF GM mixture?)

    PW start about 10 minutes prior to workout and drink during workout?

    This looks good!

    I would mix them all together for convenience... GM + WF makes a tastey combination!

    Take the GM and Blue GENE on off days as well. The rest are optional!
