WF/GM/PW ..... WOW Amazing Workout

This morning I started my new CL stack with WF/GM/PW. Although I did a 1/2 serving of WF just to test my tolerance, I LOVED IT.



My arms looked ridiculoulsy thick after my workout. Great pumps, very subtle and not painful or annoying.

Stamina was the best I have felt in a long time. At the end of every set I was spent, but as soon as I put the weights down I wanted to pick them back up and crack out another set.

Energy was great....not jittery, sweaty, or "cracked out". I even felt good at work (I work out early before I go in).

I am looking forward to keeping this train rolling!

(PS Orange Triad pills are huge LOL)

Back day today... Pretty good actually, still with some nice endurance and focus. I love feeling totally spent at the end of set and then 2 seconds later ready to go hit it again.

I actually got some back pumps (even in my lower back from stiff leg dead lifts)

My one arm rows felt like I was picking up air. I really need to up the weight!
