  • GG mixed in your PW?

    I was wondering if it's ok to throw a scoop or two of GG in your PW?

    I thought i read it was ok and good to do. Is this true? And with GG mixed with PW should it be taken Pre or during?

    do it up

    I take GG 1 scoop in my pre workout drink, 2 scoops intra workout drink, and 1 sccop in post workout shake... I ran out awhile ago,w hich is very sad.

      It would be better to chase the GG (each scoop) immediately with the PW

          Agreed, it doesn't dissolve so it's easier to scoop and pour. Or you could add it to a yogurt.

            yeah, that way you get it all, it usually sticks to the sides of shaker bottles and i get mad cos i feel like im wasting $, but at the same time it is incentive for me to refill the shaker with water and drink up..

            i just add it into shakes cos I dont want tubs of stuff sitting in my office.. i share it with 2 other people

              yogurt is also a good alternative. just add the gg and eat it

                i dont know if i would do well from yogurt around a workout.. ive been eating a big ol egg salad like 60-90min preworkout lately.. i start packing a salad + sandwhich instead of 2 sandwhiches.... feels good to get in tons of natural food at a low cal meal
