I really want to build a CL stack that will build strong, lean mass. I want to base it around White Flood, Purple Wrath, and Green Mag. I'll use Orange Triad for a multi.
The thing is that before starting to really train hard, I had gone through a major body change, from a big, flabby 278 lbs to 164 lbs. Right now I'm about 168 with 11-13% body fat. I eat pretty well and try to keep it around 2500-2800 calories, except one cheat day a week.
What I'm asking is, what should I add? I am tempted to add REDuction, as I am constantly worried about adding fat, because of where I came from - I don't want to work toward that in any way. I don't know if this would suit my muscle-building goal as well, though.
Also, I want to add either Blue Up, Blue Gene, or both. Would they work well together or should I choose one over the other (maybe both blues or one blue and red???).
Any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm going to finish another six weeks of my current stack before starting this, but I want to be sure I'm getting the most out of what I'm doing, and that I'm working toward my intended goals.
