    Not sure if this is the right place but..... IF I am drinking a gallon to a gallon and a half of water a day with a BG, GM, WF stack how much sodium do i need to be taking in with that much water? Thank you and I love all your products!

    Sodium level should be normal range for active, healthy adults.

        I don't take in any extra sodium unless my body tells me. IE cramps. That occurs once in a blue moon.

            The problem I am running into is that the Daily intake is suppose to be around 2300. My average is around 3000 to 3500 is this too much with a pretty intense workout for roughly an hour, or do I need to cut some.
