    Hey tommorow I have to fit my workout in at 6:30 am I was wondering if i should take my blue up at 5:30 am go back to sleep and than at 6:00 eat B fast and protein then take my blue gene than 6 30 workout with p wraath. Any advice if that will work or how do you guys get a early am workout if you pressed for time.

    I personally would just take it pre workout or something. No need to get up and take it and then sleep. Just take it pre breakfast possibly and then after breakfast take Blue Gene.

      If the BU is stim free then take it before you go to bed. I have found it more usefull this way. Just my preference.
