I'm taking G.M, B.G,W.F, P.W,and G.G been on this stack for a week and half and love it so far.The question I have is do I take all this on off days to?And if so at the same dosage? Thanks

BG & GM everyday(same dosage yes). The others, workout days. Hope that helps.
