    Hi guys, I started a thread at bb.com but figured since I got my product from CL, that I should do a log here as well.

    I am living in the Marshall Islands, and training for an up and coming Strong Man competition here. I worked out with one of the stronger guys on the island, and smoked him in all the lifts, so I think I am going to be the winner of this thing, but figured I would train as hard as possible just in case there are some big guys hiding on rocks that I don't know about.

    I have everything that I take shipped in via container ships, and it usually takes me about 6 weeks from when I order a product until I see it. The reason this being is that I have to have it shipped to my supplier, and then our supplier puts it in a container for me, and I don't have to pay shipping charges. So this can be difficult when I start to run out of protein, and I haven't ordered stuff recently, or if my stuff got bumped do to a full container.

    So anyway, onto the good stuff. I am 6', 207lbs. I'd like to gain about 10 lbs before the tournament. The tournament is May2nd. I know that is quite a bit of weight to gain, but I'm not trying to gain all muscle. I am fairly lean right now, and I know that my lifts will go up if I put on a little extra insulation.

    My diet comes to being a bit over 4k calories a day, and a bit over 400grams of protein a day.

    I consume 2lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast, 2 protein shakes, 2 muscle milk shakes (a lot, I know, but good food is hard to come by here) 4 cups of brown rice, and 2 cups of oatmeal.

    My training isn't very strong man like, I will try to work on this.

    Tuesday:Back

    Wide Grip PullUp
    Lat Pull Down
    Dead Lift
    Seated Row
    Rack Pull
    Wide Grip PullUp

    Wednesday: Legs

    Squat
    Lunges
    Extension
    SLDL
    Leg Curl

    Thursday: Shoulders

    Power Clean
    Side Lateral Raise
    Front Lateral Raise
    Bent over Cable Row
    Farmers Walk
    Shoulder Shrugs

    Friday: Arms

    Barbel Curl
    EZ Bar Curl
    Isolated Curl
    Tricep Pushdown
    Close Grip Bench
    Skull Crusher
    Seated Extension

    My gym is very basic, you have to remember that I basically live out in the middle of no where. You can barely find it on a map, if you can, I'm sure it won't show a picture of the islands. I don't have a leg press, and my dumbbells only go up to 100lbs. I will do my best with what I have.

    This is how I am taking my supplements.

    Pre Workout (about 30 minutes):
    1 serving Green Magnitude
    1 serving White Flood

    Pre-workout and during workout:
    1 serving Purple Wraath

    I took the supplements on saturday, and had a great workout.

    Tonight I will be taking everything again and be doing chest. My time is a bit more ahead than Pacific Standard time. I am 20 hours ahead of Pacific Standard. So today is Monday for me.

    I have one question. What do I take on my non workout days? Everything?

    I will try to take some pictures tonight. I hope to get a decent transformation throughout this. And note, it's not ONLY the supplements that are going to make me change, it's largely related to DIET. Have to get that through lots of people's heads.

    Yesterdays workout felt like one of the best workouts I had since i've been on the island. I had lots of energy, and I felt a really good pump throughout my workout. I didn't want to quit, so I did a couple of tricep extensions before I left. So far so good.

                Wow, Awesome workout. My delts were the most vascular that they have ever been in my life. Looked awesome. The pump was great, and energy levels were fantastic. Now I don't mean like caffien enegy level feeling, I mean like my muscles felt like they recovered quick and felt strong the entire time.

                I feel like I'm getting larger and larger by the day. I will buy a scale today and see how much I weigh, I feel like I have really gained some weight.

                I am going to do some arms, rear delt, and forearm work tonight.

                  I'm really impressed by these supplements guys. I really like them. I workedout arms in the gym last night and they were lookin massive. It has been a long time since i've taken anything, and this stuff is just blowin my socks off. I have to hand it to you for making some damn good products.

                      i may be getting evicted soon,a nd gettin a house with 1+acre land.. im excitied to start doing strong man workouts in my yard if that happens.. .not excitied for the increase in rent/commute into the city tho

                        Sorry, it's meant to say pull up.

                        Tonight will be another chest workout. I took only GM on my off days. I am looking forward to a good workout tonight.

                            Great workout, I am getting stronger every week. I think this is due to my diet, and the supplements are greatly helping as well. My energy is very high, and I just don't feel too weakend after each set.

                            This is the first time I have benched 315 in over a years time. I hope to be doing a set of 5 before my contest.

                            I also attached a picture of me from a party last weekend where I was accused of using steroids! Great Compliment!

                              Sorry for the long time of no update. I have been busy and just haven't seemed to have the time to update. I have paperwork that I can eventually get all transfered to excel format that I keep track of on my computer.
