I've got too much going on right now... my girl and I might be getting evicted this week..not cos of us, our landlord didnt pay the mortgage.. but I have to start practicing restraint and control with the finances if we move further from work into bigger n better apt..

I've been hearing we'll prolly get evicted fast. our former landlord told us the building was bought buy his bank last week, so im shocked we havent heard anything yet! it's cool though cos the longer we get to stay, the less $ it costs... so far al of March has been free rent for us =)

im noit paying rent.. our landlord gave us this months rent + security deposit + last months rent back.. I figure we've saved almost 400$ so far in rent for March.. if we can pull a full month with no rent we'll save a 1100$!


update: just got a letter from the broker/owner -- need to call her about moving assistance and our options. I am going to push hard for us to get the rest of march to pack/move out and full reimbursement for all costs -- even application fees for the new apartment.. just to see how much I can get out of them
