Hey guys i've been reading all the great things about controlled labs products and i want to jump on the bandwagon
I usually use cheap creatine mono and ON whey protein, i get stronger and bigger but alot of bloating and water retention so i decided to order
Controlled Labs Green MAGnitude , White Flood and Purple Wraath
My question is how should i take these in a stack ? Is this right?
1 scoop Green MAGnitude with 2 scoops White Flood 60 mins before workout
1 scoop Purple Wraath 10 mins before workout
Also do these have to be taken on an empty stomach? I usually eat breakfast then an hour later have a protein shake then 30 mins later workout and right after my workout i have a post protein shake with a half cup of oats blended in.
