Hey guys, I tried searching for this on previous threads, but I couldn't find anything....
I am starting the Extreme fat loss stack, and am a little confused on when to take REDuction AM. I typically work out around 5:30pm everyday. The REDuction package says to take the product first thing in the morning, but the "stacking info" page on this site says to take it 30-60 minutes pre work out. When should I take it???
