  • White Blood promotes GH during sleep?

    I've read somewhere that if your budget permits, White Flood should be taken pre-workout and White Blood taken at night. What is the purpose of taking it before sleep? To elevate GH levels? I'm not quite sure as I do not wish to be consuming two products that have the same uses.

      sleep itself promotoes GH... sleep disorders typically seriously derail any training progress .

      (hence the recommendation of adequate sleep being emphasized [up beside actual nutrition and training] in most medias)



      I personally opt to take WB before bed for 2 reasons:
      1 - it's given me good results (better than preworkout) -- I'd much rather get actual results than pumps during a workout. I don't lift for a pump, I train for results.
      2 - if it does promote extra GH release, that's ballin by me



      if you check my log out in the log section, in a couple weeks I will proly be using blue gene and WB prebed... pretty excitied, I just ran thro 2 bottles of powerfull and like the results for the most part.. i think they messed it up when they updated the formula tho
