Hi i'm trying to build muscle now and i take protein drinks like 2 times a day and the Cholesterol on the product is like 20% DV is that a bad thing ? because i know that Cholesterol clog arteries. so should i take the protein drinks or not ?

All things in moderation, just watch the rest of your normal food intake. You also seem new to all this, so let's cover some basics on cholesterol.
The body makes all the cholesterol it needs, so any extra from food is useless. Also, there's another thing you should know. Not all of it is bad - there are two main types that we care about: Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) and High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL).
LDL is the thing we want to keep to a minimum. Its what the body uses to quickly repair damage in vessel walls, its... just not elegant. The stuff just clumps itself in a bulky mess to plug gaps. That's where HDL comes in. It functions as a scraper, removing the excess LDL. So an optimal balance would be low LDL and high HDL.
Also, cholesterol from your diet affects your body's actual cholesterol much less than trans- and saturated fats. Therefore, it is much more important to watch those instead (Though I will note that a few saturated fats, like stearic acid, have a neutral effect due to their metabolism).
That should clear up your mainstream misinformation about cholesterol.

I would recommend about 1.5-2grams of protein a day per each kilogram bodyweight
Some may suggest over 2, but once you get past that I believe it gets into a gray area of if it is even utilized or ideal for the bodies functioning.
and always remember, too much protein without adequate caloric consumption (metabolism) can be stored as bodyfat
It is also important to spread your protein intake around from a variety of sources, including complete proteins (chicken fish meat etc) incomplete ( nuts legumes etc) and than additional shakes (whey, casein mainly, occasionally soy if you so desire, and some companies are coming out with other protein sources)
there was a recent news story about some actor getting ill because he ate salmon every single night for years and years at a time, and it wasn't abnout mercury, I am pretty sure it was from the protein source... i'm not big into the news and modern events though, i just caught it randomly and thought it was interesting.. hence my vague recall of the specifics =)
